This notice describes how information submitted through the website and used for commercial service coordination is handled.
Information submitted through the website
The inquiry form collects your name, organization, email, optional phone, property address, property type and description of the concern. Optional details help coordinate a response. Please avoid tenant-sensitive information in public inquiries. We use submitted information to review and respond to the request; submitting an inquiry does not enrol you in marketing.
Approved customer and team accounts
The service platform stores authorized properties, units, service requests, access instructions, appointments, treatment documentation, qualifications and activity records. Tenant contact details are optional and should be added only when necessary for authorized service coordination. Access is limited by role, organization and assignment.
Service providers and storage location
The platform uses Neon for database, managed authentication and private file storage, currently configured in a US region. Resend handles transactional email when configured. These providers may process information outside Canada. Contact the team with questions about provider processing and cross-border handling.
Cookies and analytics
Authentication uses cookies to maintain secure sessions. The public website can use GA4 only when configured and when a visitor explicitly enables analytics. Conversion events are designed to exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses and unit identifiers. No marketing consent is inferred from service inquiries.
Access, correction and retention
Use an available contact channel to ask about access, correction or the handling of your information. Access, correction and complaint requests need identity and authority checks before any record is disclosed. Submitted reports are retained as auditable versions; corrections do not silently replace earlier reports. Backup retention and provider deletion requirements must be included in the approved retention schedule.
