YOUR PRIVACY PREFERENCES

Essential access. Optional analytics.

The service platform uses cookies for authenticated access. Optional website analytics require an explicit choice and are disabled when no analytics provider is configured.

Essential authentication

Managed Neon Auth uses cookies to maintain and verify an authenticated session. These are separate from optional marketing or analytics choices. The server validates active admission, roles and organization or appointment access. Signing out ends the current session; account revocation is enforced by the application.

Optional conversion analytics

If Google Analytics 4 is configured, the website asks whether you allow limited conversion measurement. No analytics script loads before permission. Allow and decline choices are equally available. Events describe approved public pages and inquiry actions; names, contact information, property addresses, unit identifiers, form text and URL query strings are excluded from our event payloads.

Revisiting or withdrawing your choice

When analytics is configured, use Privacy preferences to revisit your choice. The preference is stored in browser session storage for the current tab. Declining or withdrawing permission disables application conversion events. Google’s analytics script may remain in memory until the page is reloaded. Previously sent information cannot be withdrawn through this control.

Provider processing and cookies

When allowed, Google Analytics can use first-party cookies such as _ga and measurement-specific _ga cookies and process technical connection information, including IP-related network data. Our event minimization does not make provider processing anonymous. Cookie behaviour, property settings, retention and provider contracts must be verified before enabling a real analytics property. Enhanced measurement, advertising signals and user-provided data collection must remain disabled.

Other tracking

No advertising pixels, heatmaps, session replay or automatic marketing enrolment are installed. Optional analytics, when configured, requires your choice. Changes to providers or tracking purposes require an updated review and notice.
