ACCESS TO INFORMATION & SERVICE

An accessible approach.

We aim to make commercial service information and the client platform usable for people with different access needs. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our technical target; this is not a certification of conformance.

Using the website

The website supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, labelled forms, error messages, responsive text and reduced-motion preferences. The service inquiry form does not require account creation. A skip link moves directly to the main content.

Client and team tools

Authorized users can navigate properties, appointments and reviewed reports through the service platform. Technicians record individual unit outcomes and explicitly save drafts. Printable reports use the browser’s print interface; an exported PDF is not automatically a tagged, accessible document.

Assistance and alternate formats

If a website barrier prevents you from completing a commercial inquiry, or you need service information in another format, contact the team through an available configured contact channel. Describe the page, task and assistance needed; do not send medical details.

Known limitations and review

Automated accessibility checks and manual keyboard, reflow and reduced-motion reviews are part of technical verification. They do not establish compatibility with every assistive technology. Live mobile screen-reader testing and accessible PDF output remain review items. The latest technical review is dated 15 October 2026; detailed evidence and limitations are kept in the project’s accessibility audit.
